Summary0015580: vtkGL2PSExporter does not work in combination with german locale and PyQt4
DescriptionWhen creating a vector image using vtkGL2PSExporter on a render window that comes from QVTKRenderWindowInteractor and using the german numeric locale (LC_NUMERIC=de_DE.utf8) the output looks corrupted.

Attached is a minimal test script in Python. Run it with LC_NUMERIC=de_DE.utf8 and store the svg to get corrupted output (dots in svg are replaced with commas). When switchin locale to LC_NUMERIC=en_US.utf8, the issue isn't there.
