[vtk-developers] Changes since VTK 3.1.2

Hello Folk,

Could you please add any significant changes made to VTK to the following 
link, the password is hedgehog for committing the changes. Please 
incorporate any changes you've made in the past couple months. A brief 
description is better than no description. On VTK 2.4 to 3.1.2 we really 
blew it and didn't keep a summary of changes.
