Andrew Forsberg of Brown University has graciously donated the
vtkInteractorStyleUnicam class. This interactor style implements the
interaction described in the paper "UniCam - 2D Gestural Controls
for 3D Environments" by Robert Zeleznik and Andrew Forsberg of
Brown. The class implements camera panning, translation, and zooming by
mapping to a SINGLE mouse button; some camera movements are done relative
to features of interest. The paper can be found at
