Dear zhangzhijun and all vtkuser:

Thank you for your response!

Maybe my question is not clearly presented, I
mean if I collect patient MR/CT data , how to let doctor adjust slice
thickness and slice spacing imaging parameters for appropriate, accurate 3D head
visualization purpose, I know the slice thickness of 1mm maybe better than 4mm
for accurate 3D head visualization, but it's not beneficial to patient for CT
dose, and also if the slice thickness of MR is more small ,the effect of imaging
is more bad. What is appropriate imaging parameter of MR/CT imaging for
accurate 3D head visualization, i am in need of help!

So, your any advice will be most appreciated, thank
you again!

Best Regards

Hi vtkuser:

Recently, I will tackle some
MRI and CT 3D visualization problem for head,so I have to collect
high resolution MRI and CT head images from hospital, what
should be the ideal MRI and CT imaging parameters, such as
slice thickness, slice spacing, etc, are for nice and accurate 3D
head visualization?

Any advice will be most appreciated, thank
you in advance!
