<P>I would like to make a Mesh on any 2D surface with only Quadrilateral elements.</P>
<P>Moreover, i 'd like to be able to make some local refinement on the mesh, near from the boundaries of the surface.</P>
<P>I thought I should use a vtkUnstructuredGrid to represent my mesh and my attributes data. But I dont know how to initialize the mesh and how I can do the local</P>
<P>refinement. Could someone help me ?</P>
