Is this class still a part of VTK?

<p>I&nbsp;recently built vtk&nbsp; (4.2), but the libraries that were generated

dont include

<br>the objects for this class, nor was the include file copied over during

installation.

<p>Or is this a bug in the Makefile generation? Both the SGI and Linux

builds - have

<br>the same problem.
