<P>I'm still new to VTK, and am struggling to read and display segmented image data files.</P>
<P>Basically, each file is a slice with region IDs associated with each pixel. So, for example a segmented 2 X 2 image slice may have data: 1 2 1 2</P>
<P>where each of the 4 pixels of the image is assigned a region # 1, or 2. </P>
<P>I have 10 such data files with 64 X 64 entries in each corresponding to 64 X 64 pixels. Hope this is clear.</P>
<P>Now what i would like to do are:</P>
<P>1) Be able to read these slices as a volume</P>
<P>2) Display the entire volume </P>
<P>3) Display a selected region of the volume (For example all pixels belonging to Region # 2 inthe volume)</P>
<P>Please help me with some sample code/pointers to examples, etc.</P>
