<div>&nbsp;&nbsp; I&#39;m having trouble getting my mousewheel events to work when they are bound to a picturebox using setparentInfo(pb1). When I do not set the parent Mouse Wheel events work</div>
<div>however when it&#39;s bound they do not. Does anyone have any ideas of what may be my issue. </div>
