I build nightly 64 bit cvs versions of VTK using 64 bit Java every night on Visual Studio 2009. Everything should work as long as you select the <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: -webkit-monospace; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre; ">"Visual Studio 9 2008 Win64" generator and download the 64bit package of java.</span><br>
