You are using vtk with microsoft visual studio, so I assume you are coding in C++?<div><br></div><div>Anyway, I'm not sure, as I am a beginner myself. But I would recommend trying it out again. Try Cmake all over again, but take all the default values, and don't change anything. (don't tick the BUILD_EXAMPLES or BUILD_SHARED_LIBS).<br>

I think there is a misunderstanding. I dont select tython in cmake. but after pushing configration button, cmake writes "Could NOT find PythonInterp (missing: PYTHON_EXECUTABLE)

Did you want to use VTK with python? Did you turn on '<span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:15px;color:rgb(51, 51, 51);line-height:17px">VTK_WRAP_PYTHON' in Cmake? If you did want to use python, it sounds like you don't have python already installed. You will need this. </span><div>

I have serious problem instaling vtk with cmake and microsoft visual studio in windows operating system. while I push configurate button on cmake , program begin to configurate and write "missing: PYTHON_EXECUTABLE" than I push generate button but my headers and lib files do not form.
