Hi<div><br></div><div>I used the example code: GenerateModelsFromLabels (<a href="http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Medical/GenerateModelsFromLabels">http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Medical/GenerateModelsFromLabels</a>) to convert my 3D volume vtk file to Polydata vtp format. The code outputs each label in a separate file. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Is there a way to regroup/reassemble these labels into a single volume (still in vtp format) ?</div><div><br></div><div>So far, I&#39;ve assembled them in Paraview but I&#39;m unable to save the volume as one single vtp or stl file.</div>
