I bought a new system (64 bit, Windows &amp; Visual Studio 2010), downloaded VTK, built and compiled it (no problem) and try to run a sample program.<div>Multiple errors occurred due to two missing files:</div><div><br></div>
<div><div>#include &lt;vtkstd/string&gt;</div><div>#include &lt;vtkstd/vector&gt;</div><div><br></div><div>I searched all created directories and no luck.</div><div>On my previous system, I had no problems.  Can anyone help on this one?</div>
