Rima, <div>to my knowledge, VTK does not has methods of level set segmentations. However, you may want to check VTK's brother library, ITK (http:\\<a href="http://www.itk.org" target="_blank">www.itk.org</a>) that has plenty of methods for level set segmentation of 3D images. You can do segmentation in ITK and visualization in VTK.</div>
