Hi Gonza, I thought about your problem and I have one algorthmic idea, that could be usable for this concret problem if you can render image without mitk shape and if head is smooth (looks smoothly). It is extension of the first idea I had first time I read your problem. Algorithm does not need conversion of mitk image. If problem is actual, I could try formalize it.<br>
