Hi,<div><br></div><div>Simply (he says) I'd like to read in a surface mesh, composed of triangle, vtkPolyData for example, given a specific point and cone angle fire some rays from this cone. I'd like the test to run on the GPU and return the faces that were intersected.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Is this possible in vtk? Does it make use of optix from Nvidia or is it's vtk's own? Not bothered either way... I don't know in what why solutions to this might leverage some of the vtkEdge stuff.</div>
