Is there any method to create <b>concave mesh</b> (tetra triangulation) to fill like at this example

It has to be CONCAVE because object has to be remain details. AS in the example it is convex hull makes object (bunny) to mess . But I want to object same as in the 1.st view, but its in filled (solid).
