This vtkDICOMReader class has two ways of dealing with time:<br>
<br>
1) reader->SetDesiredTimeIndex(i) to read just one time slot<br>
<br>
2) reader->TimeAsVectorOn() to read each time slot into a<br>
different scalar component of the data<br>
