Summary0010073: VTK installs exodus2 library but not header files
DescriptionVTK installs the exodus2 library but does not install the exodus2 header files in the include directory. I would like to use the same exodus copy that is in VTK for an application I build using VTK. This is impossible unless the header files are installed along with the library. This behavior is inconsistent with how other Utilities libraries are handled, in which both the library and header files are installed.

I have attached a path to vtk-cvs (as of this morning) that installs these header files in the exact same way as other Utility libraries like netcdf and libxml2.
