Summary0001008: Conflict while using same volume data for 3D and 2D rendering
DescriptionI added 3 additional render windows to the medical3.cxx examples. Each of them renders one of the 3 Orthogonal planes simultaneously with the 3D Render window.

Bug occurs on the 3D window. The axial plane shrinks itself on the 3D view. When I close the axial plane view of added 2D window, the 3D window corrects it self.

I rendered the additional views as ImageActors by ImageMaptoWindowLevelColors.
