Summary0010111: Show center and reset center are not working properly
DescriptionTrunk, local server, XP.
This requires the new "Rescale Data Range Mode" code, but probably isn't caused by this new code.

* Edit/ Settings/ General/ Rescale Data Range Mode/ Use last timestep.
* Open can.exo. Apply. (Notice that we open Can.exo at the last frame.)
* First frame.
<Bug 1> Notice that the "Reset Center" icon is grayed out. It should be useable.
* Click Show center icon.
* Click Show center icon.
<Bug 2> Notice that the center has moved. All that should have happened is the center should have lost visibility, and then become visible again. It should not have moved.
