Summary0010220: save distributed image data legacy format
Descriptionrunning parallel can't save image data. All processes report:

Process id: 1 >> ERROR: In /u/burlen/ParaView/ParaView3-3.7/VTK/Filtering/vtkDemandDrivenPipeline.cxx, line 822
vtkCompositeDataPipeline (0x6126060): Input for connection index 0 on input port index 0 for algorithm vtkAppendPolyData(0x60c65b0) is of type vtkImageData, but a vtkPolyData is required.

If this is intentional then legacy shouldn't be an option for the user to select, when choosing the format.
