| Summary | 0010364: vtkExtractVOI causes crash when used with a Dicom volume. | ||||
| Description | I'm having some issues with vtkExtractVOI. When I set the vtkExtractVOI to the full extent (xMin, xMax, yMin, yMax, zMin, zMax) the program completes with out any problems. If I change to (1, xMax, yMin, yMax, zMin, zMax) the volume is distorted and cut strangely. If I use any other values the program segfaults. I've attached a zip file containing images of the results I'm getting. It's hard to tell from a static image, but the distorted one is really quite distorted. I've also included a python script that will cause the problem. | ||||
