Summary0010445: Background color is not memorized for 3D View
DescriptionChanging the background color in 3D view works well. But going back to the "View settings" seems to put the default background color back.
Steps To Reproduce- Set a 3D view as active
- Choose "View settings" either from the Edit menu or from the view toolbar
- Change the background color
- Ok
- Go back to "View Settings" -> the background color proposed is the default one.
- Change, for instance, the "Use Parallel Projection" state and press OK -> the projection changed, but the background is back to default.

This bug still exists, and is actually obnoxious. Furthermore, there is another twist to it - you cannot reset the background color by just saying Edit/ View Settings/ General/ Restore Default/ OK.
