Summary0010713: netCDF CF reader does not support multi-dimensional coordinate variables with p-sided cells
DescriptionThere is a piece of the CF convention not supported by the netCDF reader. It allows unstructured polygons to be specified on the lat/lon plane. It is specified in section 7.1 of the CF convention document (about halfway down the section)

The commit has been pushed to VTK master and is now being used by ParaView master. The attached data loads fine in ParaView (see attached screenshot).
