Summary0010841: Lighting incorrect for point data with CTH AMR
DescriptionParaView trunk, Windows, local server.

* Open Dave's small dataset spcta_a. All vars on, Apply.
* CellDataToPointData filter.
* IsoVolume OR clip by scalar. Scalars - Material Volume Fraction. Value - 128. Apply.

The inside of the object is bright, the inside is dark. Normals are reversed?

Must be fixed for 3.8.1.

    Fixed BUG 0010841.
    
    Reverting part of commit 1be529023b4adac366c8878c59aee0ac67247046. We were
    disabling generation of cell normals in the geometry filter that can mess with
    ligthing when the data doesn't have any normals. Undoing the fix for BUG 0009849.

The bug was introduced by commit: 1be529023b4adac366c8878c59aee0ac67247046 which is not there on the release branch hence, we don't need to merge this patch into the release branch.
