Summary0010887: manta : on windows and other build problems
Descriptionmanta proper (not vtkManta) does not build on windows

manta also does not do proper installs. Thus vtkManta users have to manually specify where the source and builds are, setup SSE compiler directives etc.

lastly, manta does not compile cleanly with -Wshadow flag, so paraview dashboards that enable manta can not have the normal set of warning flags enabled.

These are all upstream problems that we can/should fix.
