Summary0010888: POV exporter does not respect interpolate scalars
DescriptionvtkPOVExporter does not handle vtkMapper::InterpolateScalarsBeforeMapping properly.

An easy way to demonstrate is by toggling the Interpolate Scalars
checkbox on ParaView's Display tab and then saving the scene.
