Summary0011188: VTK Cocoa support should migrate to NSTrackingArea when 10.5 is min requirement
DescriptionVTK's Cocoa support is (ab)using deprecated APIs. We should switch to use NSTrackingArea, as per this discussion:

As long as 10.3 and 10.4 support are needed, we can't switch.
