Summary0011320: Crash in client/server mode when closing a view in a multiview
DescriptionParaView git master as of 16/Oct/2010, OS X 10.6.4, Qt 4.7.0, GCC 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5664).
1. Start ParaView in client/server mode (I used 4 pvservers)
2. Open spcth.0, Apply
3. Apply Glyph (to generate complex geometry which makes ParaView to render in server side)
4. Open another view with Split Horizontal
5. Click the eye-icon on the left of Glyph1 to make the glyphs visible
6. Close the view
7. ParaView crashes

    Fixed BUG 0011320. The renderers were not cleanly removed causing the segfault.
