Summary0011377: vtkGlobeSource does not make use of QuadrilateralTessellation
DescriptionThe variable QuadrilateralTessellation is not being used anywhere within vtkGlobeSource.cxx. I think someone meant to copy what vtkSphereSource does, but never implemented it.

Also, the default values of the lat/long (0, 360 and 0,180) should be -180, 180 and -90, 90. The existing defaults are out of bounds of what a user could set based on the definition of the .h file.
