Summary0011519: Selection requires server-side rendering
DescriptionCurrent implementation of surface selection requires server-side rendering. This is needed for processes ids to be rendered correctly. However, we can overcome this requirement by delivering the process ids to the client. This make it possible to use selection when server-side rendering is not available.

This is especially important now that we support click-to-select. It becomes annoying rather quickly when the server-side windows start popping up.
