| Summary | 0011823: Add VTK_USE_SYSTEM_LIBRARIES option |
| Description | It would be very nice for packaging to have a VTK_USE_SYSTEM_LIBRARIES option that would be the default value for the different VTK_USE_SYSTEM_$X options. The attached patch appears to work nicely. |
