DescriptionWhen attempting to create an animation in the recently released 3.10.0 64 the following output message is displayed


ERROR: In ..\..\..\..\source\VTK\IO\vtkAVIWriter.cxx, line 172
vtkAVIWriter (000000000B3DDF30): Unable to compress C:\Users\(me)\Documents\test.avi

This was not a problem in the previous release 3.8.1

Does not appear to be an issue as of ParaVie 5.1.

Tested on a Windows 10 machine with Kitware's 5.1 binaries. Exporting to compressed AVI did not bring up this error message.
