Summary0012199: server mode with plugins, crash on shutdown

) fails on metaland and the hooperlab machines because of a crash on shutdown. Researching the problem on metaland, it appears that most plugins do too.
Steps To Reproduceconnect to single process server (client vs server side rendering doesn't matter)
load a plugin (most will do it)
quit paraview
results in: Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-close.c: 737: _dl_close: Assertion `map->l_init_called' failed!
