Summary0001225: Add RGBA support to vtkWindowToImageFilter
DescriptionAttached is a patch to add support to vtkWindowToImageFilter for reading the RGBA pixels from the framebuffer. Set the ReadRBGA flag to 1.

Need to use SetAlphaBitPlanes(1) on the render window for this to work.
