The issue is happening because Rob forwarded PVVTK, however the SHA VTK in ParaView referred to was in PVVTK next and since the dashboard does not update pull from pvvtk-remote, it complained.

On amber8, when I manually added the pvvtk remote and did a "git fetch pvvtk", then everything worked.

Switching VTK submodules to have PVVTK as their origin as a stop gab.

Made this change on all the dashboards, a longer term fix probably needs to be developed by Brad.

The proposed solution was to update the dashboard setup scripts to change the VTK "origin" for "next" dashboards to point to pvvtk remote.
