Summary0012356: Slice representation gets stuck
DescriptionOpen the vti file and the slice rep is used. After this point one can not change the representation (eg. to Surface LIC) as the drop down is disabled. A dataset that cold be used to reproduce is attached.

The dataset is a 2D image dataset. ParaView creates a 2D view by default for such datasets. This view only allows for the "Slice" repersentation and hence the representation combo-box is disabled.

Close this view (or split the view) and create a 3D view and show the dataset. Now you should be able to choose whatever representation you want.

Apply, calculator to the dataset with function "vi_X". Hit apply. You'll see weird results.

Couple of issues:
* The array-selection combo-box shows "vi", when the coloring should actually be done using "Result".
* Switch the color-array to "Result" shows right viz. Switching back to "vi" also show right viz. So not sure whats the deal with the first state of the representation.

    Fixed BUG 0012356. Representations were inheriting properties incorrectly.
    
    This fixes the issue with representation property values being setup incorrectly
    after the calculator was applied to a slice in the slice view.
