0012431: Remove pvvtk/master remote
Can we remove the pvvtk/master head (or atleast hide it from the users)? Users tend to confuse it with pv-master more often than not. Would be easier if there was only 1 available "master' to look for on the pvvtk remote.

The implementation depends on it being there, and it is helpful for "pvvtk print" to be able to show what is in upstream VTK master. However, we can probably rename it to "upstream-vtk-master" or something unambiguous. Any ideas for a better name?

"upstream-vtk-master" works too. I believe the confusion happens because when one says "pv-master" it's easy to read that as pvvtk/master, but that won't happen with pvvtk/upstream-vtk-master.

Add another person to get confused by pvvtk/master and pvvtk/pv-master. I vote for a name change too.

Irrelevant now that we are using gitlab.
