Summary	0012454: ParaView setup.py
Description	Add setup.py file for ParaView that will install the ParaView/VTK python modules into your python distribution. Note this will only install the paraview python modules (vtkPV*Python.so) and not the core ParaView libraries (vtkCommon.so). Those will need to be system installed or in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH. This functions exactly as VTK's setup.py.
