Summary0012507: Object Inspector Tooltips Broken in Client-Server Mode
DescriptionWhen running paraview in client-server mode the hover tooltips for properties in the object inspector are blank (see attached screen shot).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start paraview in client-server mode.
2. Create sphere source.
3. Hover over the "Radius" line edit widget.

Platform: Ubuntu 11.04 / paraview from git.
