Summary0012538: Apply button on reader greyed out after loading a save state
DescriptionIf you save the state just after loading a data file (e.g. blow.vtk), but before you actually hit "Apply" on the file reader object, when you load the state, the reader will show up in the pipeline browser but you will not be able to hit "Apply" as it is greyed out. Here are the steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Start ParaView, load a data file (e.g. blow.vtk), but do NOT hit apply
2. Save the state
3. Restart paraview, and load the save state that was just created

In ParaView 5.1, loading the saved state file loads the data set, so the Apply button is grayed out for good reason (there is nothing to update). Tested locally, Mac, built-in server.
