Summary0012617: Build Mac Binaries with their own MPI.
DescriptionOSX 10.7 no longer includes open mpi. For future releases we should just package our own MPI instead of relying on the systerm version.

Currenly, we do build with MPI, but Auto-MPI doesn't seem to work with Mac binaries. That needs to be investigated.
