Summary0012662: Make transform and warp filters work on image and rectilinear data
DescriptionImage data and rectilinear grids cannot have a general transform or warp applied because they have to be axis aligned. However, it is a simple manner to convert them to a structured grid and then transform them or warp them. These filters should do so under the covers.

The necessary VTK changes are checked in to pvvtk as the branch general-point-set-filters. It is also in VTK gerrit review at:

The necessary VTK changes have bassed gerrit review. They are now checked into pvvtk/pv-next awaiting approval to be checked into pv-master.
