Summary0012812: Bad user interaction in Glyph filter when selecting scalars
DescriptionIf I want to have the glyph filter create glyphs scaled by scalars, the interactions are rather funny. (I just had a user call me thinking it was a bug.) Let's say I want to create glyphs on disk_out_ref scaled on the Temp scalar. To do that I:

1. Load disk_out_ref. Turn on all variables. Apply.
2. Add the Glyph filter.
3. Go to set the scalars. Huh? It's grayed out. Why is that?
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom. Change Scale Mode to scalar.
5. Scroll all the way back up to the top. Now you can set the Scalars.

It's confusing because the deciding factor for what is grayed out is far away and typically not visible. As we consider how to create the summary panels, these options should definitely be moved closer together.
