incorrect functionality
0012813: Color Editor Missing Range
The color editor doesn't show any numeric value in the min and max labels of range.

If you rescale the range it will show the values, but they will disappear once you reopen the editor.

If you rescale the range to a subset the color editor color widget will incorrectly scale. It will only color the subsection of the widget that the new range is, rather than taking up the entire widget.

Another bug:
* Create Wavelet
* Set repr to Surface
* Color by RTData
* Edit LUT. Uncheck "Automatically REscale...". Click on "Rescale Range" and set range to [100, 150].
* Close
* Now switch Repr to Volume rendering.
* Edit LUT. The opacity function doesn't look right.
