Summary0012828: Plot matrix view settings dialog issues
DescriptionThe plot matrix view settings dialog need to be polished. Some UI components are not updated properly based on the state of UI interaction, such as the Apply button is not enable when some UI variables are changed. Also, some UI changes seem not to be pushed to the server side, such as the chart title and chart spacings.
