| Summary | 0012859: progress events at high scale |
| Description | Although there is a #define in vtkProgressHandler.cxx which allows one to disable progress events entirely. It would be nice if they were disabled automatically on anything larger than 256 processes.
Running in situ I see a small spike starting at 512 processes which grows roughly linear with core count above that. |
