Summary0012867: Coprocessing export state from layout #2 crashes ParaView
DescriptionGit-master as of today, OS X 10.6.8, Qt 4.7.2.
1. Start PV.
2. Load Coprocessing plugin.
3. Click the + button at the top of the graphics view to open Layout #2.
4. Sources->Wavelet. Apply.
5. Coprocessing->Export State.
Then PV crashes leaving the following message on the terminal.

ERROR: In /Volumes/RAID0data/paraview/ParaView/VTK/Filtering/vtkDemandDrivenPipeline.cxx, line 727
vtkCompositeDataPipeline (0x123aa5bb0): Input port 0 of algorithm vtkPNGWriter(0x123aa5050) has 0 connections but is not optional.

vtkPNGWriter (0x123aa5050): Write:Please specify an input!
