Summary0012909: Prism View: View controls are unresponsive after enabling and disabling log scaling
DescriptionIn the prism view, by default the axes are rescaled so that the aspect ratio of the surface plot is 1:1:1. There is a special set of view controls that allow the user to control this rescaling. The user can specify the bounds for each axis that should be rescaled to length 1 in the view. (These values are independent of the bounds that specify what is displayed.)

The bug is that when log scaling is enabled, then disabled, the bounds in the prism view control seem to be ignored.

    BUG 12909. Fixed view scaling issue.
    
    I believe the problem was due to the fact that the dialog was reused and hence
    it's state was incorrect when log-scaling was changed. Fixed by simply
    recreating the dialog each time.
