Summary0012910: Some proxy properties were not updated correctly.
DescriptionIf "Texture" property on the representation was modified during initialization of the representation, the texture was not being set correctly on the VTK object (it would set and then unset it again).

    Fixed BUG 0012910. Proxy property was not being pushed correctly.
    
    The problem was vtkSIProxyProperty was not determining the state correctly, and
    ended up clearing the just set value in some cases. Fixed that.
    
    Also make vtkSMProxyProperty fire fewer modified events in Copy().
